The True Agenda of U.N. and State Department Gun Control


There is a lot of confusion and misinformation regarding the United Nations' global gun control agenda. Let's disregard what the media would have us believe, and focus primarily on what the U.N. and the U.S. State Department have declared in their own words.

Many say that the U.N. Arms Trade Treaty will regulate only the international trade of  arms and will not impact the law-abiding citizens of America. That is just not so. It has been identified as a flagrant threat to the Second Amendment, and Barack Obama has expressed his determination to sign it on July 27, despite massive opposition by the American people and the Congress.

130 members of the House are convinced that the treaty poses a threat to the Second Amendment. On June 29, they sent a letter to Obama and Secretary of State Clinton expressing concerns about the treaty, stating that the treaty infringes on the “fundamental, individual right to keep and bear arms” and says the United States government does not have the right to support a treaty that violates the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

Furthermore, the Arms Trade Treaty has its roots planted firmly in a 1961 State Department memorandum which explains how the United Nations will oversee “complete disarmament” of the American people under the ruse of preventing war.


Memorandum 7277 spells out a plan to create a “United Nations Peace Force” that would “enforce the peace as the disarmament process proceeds.”

The document makes it clear that the only groups allowed to own weapons of any kind would be governing authorities, “for the purpose of maintaining internal order,” and the U.N. “peacekeeping” force itself, which would require “agreed manpower.”

“The manufacture of armaments would be prohibited except for those of agreed types and quantities to be used by the U.N. Peace Force and those required to maintain internal order. All other armaments would be destroyed or converted to peaceful purposes,” states the document.

Memorandum 7277 declares that in the future, law enforcement are not going to be allowed to be armed either. All that will be left is a federalized brigade of troops and a local SWAT team under them. In all the current national emergency agreements, the SWAT teams and emergency teams are already federalized, and are standing by at the local DHS Threat Fusion Centers.

Big Pharma Criminality and Fraud No Longer a Conspiracy Theory

This is for everyone who has been saying that I don't know what I'm talking about and don't have the facts regarding the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and vaccine industries. GlaxoSmithKline, one of the largest multinational pharmaceutical, biologics, and vaccine corporations in the world, has plead guilty to criminal fraud charges, and has been ordered to pay $3 billion in fines, the largest healthcare fraud settlement in U.S. history.
This is just one example of the decades-long conspiracy of criminal activity and deep collusion between government, big pharma, and the media. They have been lying, and the media has been supporting and covering for the illegal chemical and biological warfare of these drug companies.
Glaxo made $27.9 billion from the sale of Paxil, Wellbutrin, and Avandia. The fine was incurred due to hiding the dangers and inducing doctors to prescribe these drugs for off-label uses. However, Glaxo had already set aside the $3 billion from their war chest of $27.9 billion, to pay the government fine. Glaxo said in a statement to the BBC that they will pay the fine out of existing cash resources.

Some of the criminal charges GlaxoSmithKline plead guilty to:
  • Bribing doctors
  • Lying to the FDA
  • Fabricating drug safety data
  • Defrauding Medicare and Medicaid out of billions
  • Deceiving regulators about the effectiveness of its drugs
Among the many doctors bribed by GlaxoSmithKline was Dr. Drew Pinsky, who received $275,000.00 to promote Glaxo's anti-depressant drug, Wellbutrin. Also, sales reps in the U.S. were encouraged to mis-sell Glaxo's antidepressants. Where is the accountability?

Similarly, Bayer was caught shipping out Factor VIII hemophilia blood products that were knowingly infected with HIV and hepatitis C, to patients all over the country for over a decade. It is estimated that the resulting deaths from just those blood products number in the hundreds of thousands.

Government regulators are themselves corrupted from within. For instance, the former director of the CDC from 2002 through 2009, Dr. Julie Gerberding, landed a very lucrative job as president of the $5 billion vaccine division at Merck, one of the largest drug companies in the world. She was very likely cultivating a relationship with Merck all those years.

The pharmaceutical industry has a giant "revolving door" through which corporations and government agencies frequently exchange key employees. And the bought-and-paid-for state run media is standing by to propagandize the masses about how great it is.

Civil Disturbance Operations

Army manual details plans to confiscate arms and kill rioters in America during civil unrest.

A newly leaked U.S. Army Military Police training manual for 'Civil Disturbance Operations: Subcourse Number MP 1005 Edition C' outlines how military assets are to be used domestically to quell riots, confiscate firearms and even kill Americans on U.S. soil during mass civil unrest. The 2006 document, used for a self-learning course at the U.S. Army Military Police School at Fort McClellan, Alabama, makes it clear that the operations described in the manual apply to both “CONUS and OCONUS,” inside the Continental United States and outside the Continental United States: http://info.publicintelligence.net/USAMPS-CivilDisturbanceOps.pdf

This 115 page Civil Disturbance Operations manual represents a shocking new insight into how the U.S. military will be used domestically to violently quell unrest in the aftermath of a total economic collapse or other national emergency. On page 20 of the manual, rules regarding the use of “deadly force” in confronting “dissidents” are made disturbingly clear with the directive that a, “Warning shot will not be fired.”

The manual also describes how prisoners will be processed through internment camps under the guidance of the 326-page 'U.S. Army FM 3-19.40 Internment/Resettlement Operations' manual prepared for the Department of Defense, which outlines how internees would be “re-educated” into developing an “appreciation of U.S. policies” while detained in prison camps inside the United States. Preparations for using troops to deal with mass civil unrest on U.S. soil have been in the works for years:
  • Residents in St. Louis were shocked to see heavily armored U.S. Army vehicles patrolling neighborhoods in June.   • An article in the May/June issue of the CFR official journal, Foreign Affairs, calls for the Army to address “challenges in the United States itself” with the justification being to protect Americans from terrorist attacks. With many Americans now becoming “pre-revolutionary” as a result of their fury at the Obama administration and equally unpopular lawmakers in Washington, potential civil unrest could spring not just from a poverty-stricken underclass, but also the shrinking middle class. In my opinion, that’s why the Department of Homeland Security is increasingly focusing its anti-terror apparatus on white middle class Americans, portraying them as domestic terrorists in a series of recent PSA videos and training manuals.

In addition, Occupy protesters, Militia members, conservatives, Libertarians, Christians, gun owners, and returning U.S. military veterans are also now being characterized as potential terrorist threats, according to DHS and law enforcement documents:

  • Another Department of Homeland Security document, 'Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment', characterizes concerns about the economy, unemployment, the loss of U.S. sovereignty and the move towards global government as “rightwing extremism,” defined as a potential tool for terrorists to network, build bombs, and send encrypted messages to each other. The main point of all of this is, the criminal elements of international central banking that have hijacked our government through fraud; now being openly announced on CNBC that we are slaves to the central banks (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=efKchHKMb2k) and other news outlets; and the controlled media are hiding this armed military buildup against the American people under hundreds of different configurations. This broad spectrum of planning is historically never done to not eventually be carried out, and they appear to be rolling it out now and going operational.
