Police Militarization: Preparation for Economic Collapse, Food Shortages, Civil Unrest and Martial Law

The following is a study I've done proving that the active militarization of police dramatically increased after the financial crisis of 2008. The U.S. military's nationwide Civil Disturbance Operations, Jade Helm and ARSOF Operating Concept are all a cohesive preparation for a forthcoming nationwide economic collapse, civil unrest and martial law due to widespread food shortages and lack of emergency services. It's all connected, ladies and gentlemen, and I'll show you how.

America the Battlefield

"The only proper functions of a government are: the police, to protect you from criminals; the army, to protect you from foreign invaders . . . But a government that initiates the employment of force against men who had forced no one . . . reverses its only moral purpose and switches from the role of protector to the role of man's deadliest enemy, from the role of policeman to the role of a criminal vested with the right to the wielding of violence against the victims deprived of the right of self-defense." ― Ayn Rand, Atlas Shrugged Vol. I, (Random House: New York, NY, 1957), Chapter 7, "The Exploiters and the Exploited", p.3
"Bloody battles, which might better be described as wholesale massacres, and the ruthlessly conducted "Reign of Terror" proved the theory that utter ruthlessness and organized terror, in which physical sufferings are combined with mental anguish, and moral degradation, have definite economic value." ― Captain William Guy Carr, R.C.N., Pawns in the Game, (Federation of Christian Laymen: Willowdale, Ontario, 1954), Chapter 9, "Political Intrigue", p. 106

For all the holdout naysayers who are still stuck in their cognitive dissonance—those who are still using the throw-away psychopolitical mantra of "conspiracy theory" against everyone else who employs critical analysis and the scientific method to get to the facts—there is no use denying it anymore. You and your ilk are quickly becoming the Minority in the information war.

The Ledger, Lakeland, Florida, Monday, May 11, 2015, "Police Militarization"
The painful truth has again reared its ugly head, at least for me personally in my community on this occasion. My local newspaper of ill repute, a longtime leftist rag of state-sponsored propaganda, The Ledger of Lakeland, Florida, has finally addressed in a recent cover story from May 11, what alternative media, bloggers and independent researchers like myself have been talking about for years: the militarization and weaponization of local and state police departments and county sheriffs offices by the federal government under the 1033 Program.

The headline reads: "POLICE MILITARIZATION."

As the corporate media are already thoroughly discredited from their own irresponsibility in not reporting the truth, I guess they are desperately trying to save face with their dwindling readers and address what everyone else has been addressing in their absence. They can no longer hide it, as this is THE main topic in the country right now. One can only ignore the elephant in the room for so long.

United States Already Announced a World Police Force

On May 15, I published an article entitled United States Announces World Police Force, which I think has really hit a nerve due to the fact that it went viral almost immediately, generating over 10,000 views in less than 12 hours, and being reposted on multiple websites [1][2][3][4][5][6][7]. That article dealt with the fact that the police state militarization in the United states is not a new phenomenon at all, but a very long-term agenda that has been escalating incrementally ever since the release of U.S. State Department Memorandum 7277 in 1961 by Henry Kissinger and John F. Kennedy.

Dave Hodges of The Common Sense Show published an article the very next day after I published mine, on May 16, entitled Obama Is Creating a World Police Force While Destroying the U.S. Military, in which he cites the same State Department document in connection with the forced gun confiscation of the U.N. Small Arms Treaty, the revised START Treaty, Operation Jade Helm 15 and the use of foreign troops to enforce martial law, all of which formulate the framework of a United Nations "World Police Force" being created in the United States while our own domestic armed forces are being dismantled in accordance with the agreements made in international treaties.

So, a lot of people are hitting upon the same key target points and connecting the same dots with revelations of recent events in concert with the advent of long-established legal government documentation.

Civil Disturbance Operations

This subject of a martial law police state in response to civil unrest is what initially compelled me to start writing and disseminating information in the first place. On July 10, 2012, I published my very first blog entitled Civil Disturbance Operations, in which I exposed a leaked 2005 U.S. Army Military Police training manual for Civil Disturbance, outlining how "military assets are to be used domestically" in the aftermath of an economic collapse or other national emergency "to quell riots, confiscate firearms and even kill Americans on U.S. soil during mass civil unrest."

On page 20 of the manual, rules regarding the use of "deadly force" in confronting "dissidents" are made disturbingly clear with the directive that a "warning shot will not be fired."

The manual also describes how prisoners will be processed through internment camps under the guidance of the 326-page U.S. Army Internment and Resettlement Operations manual (FM 3-19.40) prepared for the Department of Defense, which outlines how internees would be "re-educated" into developing an "appreciation of U.S. policies" while detained in prison camps inside the United States. It describes forced labor, torture, separation of families, targeting dissidents, and for "political activists" to be pacified by "PSYOP [psychological operations] officers."

How far the once-great Armed Forces of the United States of America have fallen. I say that as a veteran.

General Raymond T. Odierno, Chief of Staff of the U.S. Army, is quoted in an article of the May/June 2012 issue of the Council on Foreign Relations official journal, Foreign Affairs, entitled The U.S. Army in a Time of Transition: Building a Flexible Force, which proposes using the Army to plan and carry out domestic law enforcement missions in the United States:
"Where appropriate we will also dedicate active-duty forces, especially those with niche skills and equipment, to provide civilian officials with a robust set of reliable and rapid response options."
Freedom From War?

U.S. State Department Publication 7277, Freedom From War: The United States Program for General and Complete Disarmament in a Peaceful World (1961), which I published verbatim and analyzed in my last blog, and which Dave Hodges touched upon, is a program providing for the "progressive reduction of the war-making capabilities of nations and the simultaneous strengthening of international institutions to settle disputes and maintain the peace." It further states that "...progressive controlled disarmament and continuously developing principles and procedures of international law would proceed to a point where no state would have the military power to challenge the progressively strengthened U.N. Peace Force."

Now, before you go spouting off about how the United Nations os an organization of "International Peace," let it go on the record again who they appoint as their leaders. For example, I give you Soviet revolutionary, Maxim Maximovich Litvinov, who was Joseph Stalin's Commissar for Foreign Affairs from 1930 to 1939, and was appointed member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the U.S.S.R. in 1935. William Guy Carr wrote of Litvinov in his book Pawns in the Game on page 104:
"His ability as an assassin; receiver of stolen money, spy, international gangster, and leader of revolutionary efforts in several countries was acclaimed by the nations of the world when he was appointed President of the Council of the United Nations."
And remember, the Charter of the United Nations was penned by convicted Soviet spy, Alger Hiss, and as I often cite in its incredible importance, socialist revolutionary Karl Marx declared on behalf of his international conspirators that:
"The meaning of peace is the absence of opposition to socialism."
The 54-year-old State Department Memorandum 7277 was drafted by Soviet deep cover agent and German national, Heinz "Henry" Kissinger, and was personally delivered to the United Nations by President John F. Kennedy in September of 1961. It is the official policy of the United States of America, and reveals the long-term plans of the federal government of the United States to retroactively transfer its military forces to the United Nations Peace Force, against the established Supreme Law of this country.

As I have explained many times, the true role of the "peace-keeping force" will be to eliminate the opposition.

Enemies Foreign? No, Domestic.

The federal government has already exposed who they consider the main opposition groups that are not going to go along with their agenda:
  • "rightwing extremists"
  • "antigovernment groups"
  • critics of the "outsourcing of jobs"
  • gun control resistors
  • returning "military veterans who possess combat skills" recruited into potentially violent groups because they are "disgruntled, disillusioned, or suffering from the psychological effects of war"
  • those who believe in "antigovernment conspiracy theories related to gun confiscations, citizen detention camps, and a Jewish-controlled 'one world government'"
  • "Anti-Semitic extremists" who "attribute these losses to a deliberate conspiracy conducted by a cabal of Jewish 'financial elites'"
  • those who "oppose free trade agreements"
  • those "with the perception that illegal immigrants were taking away American jobs"
  • those who are antagonistic toward the new presidential administration's issues of "immigration and citizenship, the expansion of social programs to minorities, and restrictions on firearms ownership and use"
  • those who harbor any hostility toward "federal law enforcement’s handling of the confrontations at Waco, Texas and Ruby Ridge, Idaho"
  • Constitutional militias with a "renewed participation in paramilitary training exercises"
  • those who "believe that a 'New World Order' would bring about a world government that would usurp the sovereignty of the United States and its Constitution, thus infringing upon their liberty"
  • those who fear "the U.S. Government’s role as either complicit in a foreign invasion or acquiescing as part of a 'One World Government' plan"
  • those who "bemoan the decline of U.S. stature and have recently focused on themes such as the loss of U.S. manufacturing capability to China and India" and "China’s investment in U.S. real estate and corporations"
And that is merely a fraction of the potential "domestic terrorist threats" in this country that are identified by the federal government as enemies of the state.

Tell me, are you on that list?

The April 7, 2009 document identifying these groups was prepared by the Extremism and Radicalization Branch, Homeland Environment Threat Analysis Division of the Department of Homeland Security, and coordinated with the FBI. It was issued to all federal, state and local law enforcement officials "to facilitate a greater understanding of the phenomenon of violent radicalization in the United States."

Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment, Department of Homeland Security, April 7, 2009
It was entitled Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment, was a "Law Enforcement Sensitive" document that was "FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY," and contained information that was "exempt from public release" whose intent was to "influence domestic public opinion."

No kidding. Its called "social engineering" and "perception management." And it should be noted that, if enforced, every one of our founding fathers would be on this list if they were to have the sad burden of living in our day to witness how far this nation has fallen from its original intent under the Rule of Law.

And that fact goes to show how even the vast bureaucracy of the federal government agency charged with securing our homeland doesn't even understand what a political scale is. A scale cannot have two equal extremes. On the far left is Communism, 100% control and ownership of everyone and everything by the State. In stark contrast, on the far right is 100% anarchy and lawlessness. Our established system of governance, as it was carefully designed to be by our framers, is a Constitutional Republic, and is firmly seated in the exact center of the scale, where the Rule of Law via elected Representatives of the People govern on their behalf. No, we are not a Democracy. That is further left down the scale.

For an exhaustive study of the distinct differences between a Democracy and a Republic, read this.

Here is another revealing excerpt from the cited DHS document:
"Historically, domestic rightwing extremists have feared, predicted, and anticipated a cataclysmic economic collapse in the United States. Prominent antigovernment conspiracy theorists have incorporated aspects of an impending economic collapse to intensify fear and paranoia among like-minded individuals and to attract recruits during times of economic uncertainty. Conspiracy theories involving declarations of martial law, impending civil strife or racial conflict, suspension of the U.S. Constitution, and the creation of citizen detention camps often incorporate aspects of a failed economy. Antigovernment conspiracy theories and 'end times' prophecies could motivate extremist individuals and groups to stockpile food, ammunition, and weapons. These teachings also have been linked with the radicalization of domestic extremist individuals and groups in the past, such as violent Christian Identity organizations and extremist members of the militia movement."
Ockham's Razor, the Common Sense Test

Well, that comprises just about everyone I know, especially anyone who hasn't had their head in the sand for the last decade or so. Why? Because that is what the evidence shows. The Scientific Method compels us to adopt the theories which are supported by the most facts, and discard those which are based on mere assumptions. Ockham's Razor, the "common sense test" of critical thinkers, constrains us to adopt the law of parsimony, a problem-soving principle stating that among competing hypotheses which predict equally well, the one with the fewest assumptions and the most verifiable evidence should be selected.

Someone at the DHS either has discarded all common sense, or considers anyone who employs common sense to be dangerous.

That's why Terry M. Hestilow, a retired United States Army Captain from Fort Worth, Texas, wrote a letter to Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, warning that the Department of Homeland Security was preparing to go to war with the citizens of the United States it considers a threat.

According to State Department Publication 7277, most law enforcement agencies are ultimately going to be absorbed into the United Nations, except for a small group that will be used solely to maintain internal order once they have established a working global governance infrastructure.

I wrote about this subject way back on July 12, 2012, in my blog, The True Agenda of UN and State Department Gun Control, in which I explained how the disarmament program is essentially a plan under the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty and State Dept. Pub. 7277 to engineer a "United Nations Peace Force" that would "enforce the peace as the disarmament process proceeds," and that a gradual build-down of police and military forces is outlined, which will leave only NATO as the world police force. It's all documented.

I also explained in Treason: The Disarmament of the United States, and the Declaration of World Government (10/30/13) how the bigger picture of the disarmament agenda was a "UN-generated scheme of disarming the world in a prelude to installing a one world totalitarian socialist government," which is coming into full view today with the actualization of U.S. Army Special Operations Command's nationwide Operation Jade Helm 15, ARSOF Operating Concept 2022, and the DoD's National Guard State Partnership Program, which I explained earlier in May.

In my blog, Origin of the Domestic Surveillance Grid and its True Purpose (06/27/14), I detailed how State Dept. Pub. 7277 originally mandated the implementation of our now-vast domestic surveillance apparatus, to reduce the risks of war with who the federal government declares its enemies: conservatives, Tea Partiers, returning veterans and constitutionally-protected militias (not Islamic terrorists), by establishing "observation posts at such locations as major ports, railway centers, motor highways, and air bases to report on concentrations and movements of military forces."

The term "military forces" should be translated as "lawful unorganized citizens militias of the several states" who "execute the laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions" in accordance with the Supreme Law of the Land in Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution for the United States of America.

So, on Sunday, May 10, 2015 (the printed newsprint edition published the following day), my local paper, The Ledger, published the following cover story, Polk Agencies Received More Than $1.6 Mil. on Surplus Weapons, with the tagline: "POLICE MILITARIZATION."

The Ledger, Lakeland, Florida, Monday, May 11, 2015, "Police Militarization"Click the image to expand.

Note that until recently, law enforcement agencies of the federal government have been warning local and state police forces about "conspiracy theorists" who believe in a government takeover and martial law plan, while at the same time preparing for that exact same scenario themselves under the thin veil of "national security." That is the very definition of hypocrisy, and has produced an atmosphere of extreme distrust and conetmpt among the American people as the details of this come out and the deception is exposed.

"Since 1994," the article reads, "law enforcement agencies in Polk County have purchased more than $1.6 million worth of surplus military equipment under the Department of Defense's 1033 program, according to the nonpartisan Florida Center for Investigative Reporting. The program allows agencies to buy the equipment at dramatically discounted prices."

Does't that give you warm 'n fuzzies all over? After all, its for our safety. To Protect and Serve, right?

1033 Program

What is the 1033 Program? According to the Defense Logistics Agency's web page it is to provide law enforcement agencies with the training necessary to get them started in the 1033 program:
"In the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Years 1990 and 1991, Congress authorized the transfer of excess DOD personal property to federal and state agencies for use in counter-drug activities. Congress later passed the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1997; this act allows all law enforcement agencies to acquire property for bona fide law enforcement purposes that assist in their arrest and apprehension mission."
This DLA information page also states that "Over 8,000 federal and state law enforcement agencies from all 50 states and the U.S. territories participate in the program."

According to Wikipedia, "The 1033 Program was created . . . as part of the U.S. Government's Defense Logistics Agency Disposition Services (DLA) to transfer excess military equipment to civilian law enforcement agencies," and that the reutilization program "has transferred $5.1 billion in military hardware from the Department of Defense to local American law enforcement agencies since 1997."

Wikipedia also states that "$449 million was transferred in 2013 alone," and "the most commonly obtained item from the 1033 program is ammunition." That's a sigh of relief.

According to The Ledger, "Statewide, about $278.5 million has been sold to agencies in Florida with the most of it coming in 2010 and 2011 following the draw down of troops in Iraq and Afghanistan." How convenient that this draw-down occurred just in time for civil unrest on the streets of America. But it's all just a happy coincidence, right?

"There is a correlation between the draw down of troops in Iraq and Afghanistan, and the increase in the militarization of law enforcement," said Trevor Aaronson, Executive Director of the Florida Center.

Davenport, Florida Police Chief Larry Holden said of the program, "People take the broad term of militarization out of context. We're not making storm troopers, we're just purchasing equipment." If you believe that, then you don't understand the meanings of words. How could anyone take the acquisition and stockpiling of military pattern weapons and equipment out of context and not attach the description of "militarization?" No organization on earth with a limited budget just purchases equipment without the intent to use that equipment. Also, the training with said equipment is never administered without the intent to implement the training to be proficient with it upon deployment in the field.

"Ellis Moose, president of the Solivita Democratic Club," according to The Ledger, "said his organization is supportive of gun control for civilians, but doesn't have a position on law enforcement agencies using military weapons. Moose said he trusts that local governments will use the weapons and equipment responsibly." Simply stated, when you use weapons and equipment designed for militaries to fight battles and win wars, people die. I guess they intend for their fellow citizens to die responsibly?

The article goes further and highlights comments made by my county sheriff, Grady Judd of Polk County, that "members of law enforcement who abuse their power should be held accountable, but are few and far between. . . . there are about 900,000 law enforcement officers in the U.S. and . . . they are held to a higher standard than other people."

"If you extrapolate the numbers of officers that come in contact with people every day," said Sheriff Grady Judd, "most do their job correctly. I'm not defending those who don't do their job professionally, but it's a few people." Judd also said he didn't like the blanket reputation that law enforcement in general receives based on the actions of just a few.

But, it's not just a few, is it? As I have already made clear, according to the Defense Logistics Agency's web pagethe "act allows ALL law enforcement agencies to acquire property," and when they are all acquiring it, the law of averages decrees that a great many of them will abuse it.

"I suggest if national news focused on doctors, lawyers, teachers or any other profession," added Judd, "you'd find there's misconduct. It's unfair to judge one agency or one officer by another any more than you judge one individual by another." If you believe that, then this hasn't happened to you personally yet and your eyes are blinded to those who it is affecting on a daily basis.

Sheriff Judd said the type of equipment they receive is an absolute necessity for keeping people safe. And therein lies the rub. All of this is being done under the official narrative of "SAFETY," and anyone who has made an honest study of history knows that those who sacrifice their Liberty on the altar of safety, deserve neither Liberty nor safety. Benjamin Franklin made that crystal clear. Whereas most despots throughout history have claimed "safety and security" behind the façade of extraordinary measures, while enslaving their people. In fact, many have worked those exact words into speeches meant to deceptively sway public opinion. That's why legislation which strips away Freedom while promising to "keep the people safe" always comes directly following violent terrorist attacks and engineered conflicts.

Freedom Costs You Something

You can't be free and abdicate personal responsibility to a ruling authority. They are contrary to one another; diametrically opposed in fact. Either you actively secure your own Liberty and Freedom through a strong aegis of defense, safeguarding, effort, energy, toil and personal endeavor, or you have already acquiesced it away to imperfect men who have an agenda.

Samuel Adams called it the "animating contest of freedom." Truer words were never spoken about the necessity of active personal involvement in restoring what removed the shackles of slavery from men for the first time in human history.

Last year, the sheriff of Polk County, Oregon, also used the official talking point of "safety" as the excuse to militarize his department in the Oregon Statesmen Journal article, Polk sheriff: Military surplus keeps deputies safe.

"They're used to keep teams safe," said Lieutenant Jeff Isham of Polk County Oregon Sheriff's Office. "Until anybody shows me a video of the police running people over or tearing up or destroying property with these things I'll never buy off that they're too over the top." So, with that argument, it would literally have to be too late―a state of tyranny―in order for him to see what's going on? And if that were the case, then the good Lt. Isham would be a part of a police state mechanism of tyrannical enforcement and subjugation against his own people, wether or not he wanted to be. Recall that "just following orders" was not a credible defense at the Nuremberg trials.

I guess Lt. Isham thinks that somehow the build-up, weaponizing, funding and training of a U.N. military police force on U.S. soilwhich holds a monopoly on violencewill somehow organically plateau and fizzle-out with no incident and with no need to turn itself upon its own. Then we would see a whole lot of "running people over or tearing up or destroying property," just as we have seen with every other tyranny that arose in the past.

Necessary For a Safe and Secure Society?

Why is this sad state altogether inevitable for enforcement arms of this magnitude? Because, as Frederick Douglas enunciated, "Power concedes nothing without a demand." Even the cinema has often highlighted the fallacy of power to self-govern and restrain itself.

Storm Troopers
In the film, Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith, Chancellor Palpatine, who had just declared himself Emperor, announced the reorganization of the once-free Republic into a New Order, the autocratic Galactic Empire. And the Hegelian strategy he used of political conflict resolution to gain acceptance by the convened Senate was used "in order to ensure the security and continuing civility," and necessary "for a safe and secure society."

Where have we heard that before? Does art imitate life, or does life imitate art? This example may be just a metaphor, but we seem to be inundated with them today. The symbolic language is undeniable.

"It is with great reluctance that I have agreed to this calling," Emperor Palpatine continued. "I love democracy, I love the Republic. The power you give me I will lay down when this crisis has abated."

Read the full text of his speech, which was edited down for the film. It could have been spoken by any number of national figures who hold public office in the present day.

Reich Chancellor Adolph Hitler gave a similar speech on August 2, 1934, when he declared himself Germanic Führer (germanischer Führer) following the passage of his Enabling Act of 1933, which granted him extraordinary powers that he also promised to lay down.

"To keep the general public safe" is always the official cause for self-granting monopolies on control and violence. I did an online search and that is what all of the police departments and county sheriffs offices are saying to the media who are asking why on earth they need military pattern weapons, mine-resistant vehicles, tanks, aircraft, body armor and heavy gear to enforce the law. Here is just a sampling of what I found [1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9].
Keep in mind that ALL of these articles claim that the war gear for small police forces is for "public safety." The duplicity in these statements is crystal clear if and when you ever actually talk to police officers about the actual intended use of this equipment. Just as military soldiers in a combat zone will tell you if they're being honest, your first and foremost priority is to protect yourself, your buddy, and your platoon and get home alive, the mission be damned. And law enforcement have no legitimate mandate under the law to protect the public citizens from harm.

Problem, Reaction, Solution

Note that these and other revelations come on the cusp of President Obama's study on 21st Century Policing that includes measures by which law enforcement could be federalized. And this White House study group was initiated in response to the shooting of Michael Brown involving Officer Darren Wilson in Ferguson, Missouri, on August of 2014.

Another angle I noticed that struck me as too coincidental, is highlighted on the graph in The Ledger newsprint headline article, which details 1033 program data collected from the Department of Defense. The dramatic increase in military equipment being distributed to police departments shot up by orders of magnitude in 2010 and 2011, "corresponding with the drawdown of U.S. military forces in Iraq and Afghanistan."

What other major event did this massive increase coincide with? Think economically. It immediately followed the global financial crisis of 2008-2009, the collapse of Lehman Brothers in New York, and the ensuing emergency bailout of the U.S. financial system by the federal treasury to the tune of over $700 billion in taxpayer dollars.

In a Rolling Stone article by Matt Taibbi entitled Secrets and Lies of the Bailout, he wrote that this bank bailout "created a permanent bailout state based on a Ponzi-like confidence scheme," and that "the worst may be yet to come." He also described an emergency Senate Banking Committee meeting which was called to discuss the original bailout bill: "At 11 a.m. on September 18th, 2008, [Treasury Secretary Hank] Paulson actually told members of Congress that $5.5 trillion in wealth would disappear by 2 p.m. that day unless the government took immediate action, and that the world economy would collapse 'within 24 hours.'"

And I know that EVERYONE remembers Congressman Brad Sherman (D-CA) and his famous Congressional speech exposing that many representatives were threatened with martial law if the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act was not passed:
"Many of us were told in private conversations that if we voted against this bill on Monday that the sky would fall, the market would drop two or three thousand points the first day, another couple of thousand the second day, and a few members were even told that there would be martial law in America if we voted no."

Understanding what really happened with that whole bailout scheme, the federal government did not fix anything. They merely bought themselves some more precious time and are still technically insolvent and truthfully have been for many years.

I wrote about this in 2014 and explained how the United States went under the War Powers after the banking crisis on March 9th of 1933, during the presidency of Franklin Delano Roosevelt, and that we have been under "emergency rule" ever since. The Emergency Powers Statutes placed us in a perpetual state of declared national emergency and administered martial law among the military districts of the United States, which were imposed during the Civil War.

The federal government has been propping itself up and enriched itself for decades at the expense of the American people, and if anyone has made an honest study of so-called "recessions", "depressions", "bank holidays" and "banking emergencies", then they know that these contrived events usually come in 7-year cycles and are almost always engineered to consolidate more wealth, resources and land power in the hands of the few international bankers and money-lenders. For a comprehensive study of this historically documented truth, read the profound book Pawns in the Game (1954) by Captain William Guy Carr, Royal Canadian Navy.

Protection of the State

So, in the end, all of this militarization is to protect THE STATE from THE PEOPLE during mass civil unrest, most likely due to an engineered economic collapse, the resulting loss of jobs, income and pensions, the curtailment of food production and distribution, starvation, disease, and everything else that cascades from a lack of essential commodities and emergency services. That's what all of the federal law enforcement and military training manuals say they are planning for, one way or another. Why shouldn't we follow their example?

If the government is stockpiling weapons, ammo, food, water, and medical supplies, it's probably a good time for you to start doing the same thing.
Are you aware of the recent nationwide Avian Influenza (H5N2) and Swine Flu (H1N1) outbreaks throughout the American farming states which produce a majority of our nation's livestock and animal products? Very few people are talking about this pandemic. 35 million chickens and turkeys and over 20 million pigs have died or been destroyed by health officials in the last 2 months alone. That is the very definition of a pandemic scenario. Either that, or our food supply is being deliberately diminished for a specific purpose.

The U.N. has issued dozens of reports calling for an 80% reduction in the global population. Most of the documentation puts the number at 90%. At the 1997 Women’s World Conference in Beijing, the Executive Director of the U.N. World Food Programme, Catherine Bertini, said, "We will use food as a weapon against the people" (Source: Ben Stewart, from his documentary, The Esoteric Agenda, 2010).

Confirming that agenda, Henry Kissinger, in his classified 200-page study, National Security Study Memorandum 200: Implications of Worldwide Population Growth for U.S. Security and Overseas Interests (NSSM 200), dated April 24, 1974, was a covert pan for food control genocide and concluded that the United States was threatened by population growth in the former colonial sector. In NSSM 200, Kissinger advocated curtailing food supplies to targeted states, in part to force compliance with federally mandated policies:
"Mandatory programs may be needed and we should be considering these possibilities now . . . Would food be considered an instrument of national power? . . . Is the U.S. prepared to accept food rationing to help people who can't/won't control their population growth?"
So, the plan is to greatly reduce our food supply through various measures. Poultry and pork will be a rare treat soon. If you aren't buying extra food and storing it away, then you should start immediately, no matter what the Department of Homeland Security says. You must know by now that the DHS, FEMA and other federal agencies are stockpiling vast quantities of food reserves, waterIodine, vaccines, medical suppliesweapons and ammunition, and authorizing the seizure of farms, processing plants, energy resources, transportation and skilled laborers during a National Emergency under a Continuity of Government (COG) program.

You need to especially buy lots of extra non-perishable canned meats right now while you can still get them. Not only that, the honey bee colonies, our #1 natural plant pollinator on earth, are collapsing all over the country from what the U.S. Department of Agriculture refers to as Colony Collapse Disorder (CCD). It is probably due, however, to the toxic aerosolized materials emitted in the ongoing chemtrailing programs under Operation Indigo Skyfold, or other unnatural phenomena.

U.S. Drought Monitor, May 5, 2015
Also, according to credible climatologists, the drought in the Western growing states—namely California and Southwest Nevada—is the worst in 1,200 years, because they have precipitation and weather records that date back over 1,000 years in this country.

The takeaway is that there is a massive food shortage coming to this country very soon. I am already seeing "our apologies" signs going up at multiple restaurants and grocery stores who are experiencing unexpected shortages of protein products and vastly underestimated food distribution problems from their warehouses to the stores.

In my estimation, the forthcoming food riots and resulting civil unrest are one of the main reasons behind the active militarization of police for martial law, and the recent military build-ups under the USASOC operations Jade Helm 15 and ARSOF Operating Concept 2022.

Buy storable/non-perishable staple foodstuffs now while they are still available. I bought some more canned chicken and beans today, a little here, a little there. It's called "incrementalization." Forecasting this out mathematically, if you don't take action right now to prepare for what's coming, there may not even be a turkey on your table this Thanksgiving.

Extremism in the Defense of Liberty is No Vice

Does that make you a "Doomsday Prepper"? Well, the Department of Homeland Security sure thinks so with its reasons that "motivate extremist individuals and groups to stockpile food." What better reason is there, and what more proof do you need? It doesn't make you an extremist. It makes you responsible and a real American, virtues which the federal government is noticeably devoid of in just about every respect.

Considering the prospect of nationwide food shortages, what do you think the advent of all this "Zombie Apocalypse" predictive programming proliferating the entertainment media is for? Even the Centers for Disease Control are poking fun at us with Zombie Preparedness public service announcements. I assure you that zombies are basically how some people in very high and lofty positions view the rest of us in reference to the coming food riots.

Yes, that's right. When the welfare programs go bust, the food stamps will assuredly stop coming, the EBT cards and WIC checks will be declined, the SNAP benefits won't go through, Social Security will be insolvent and there will be nothing in the coffers to issue the already paid-into pensions and retirement benefits to millions of employees.

Debt and Unfunded Liabilities

And if you think the paltry National Debt is bad, the unfunded liabilities of the federal government presently totals $1.1 million PER TAXPAYER in the United States of America. That is a suffocating $350.79 TRILLION dollars in an unfunded liabilities overhang, which is the future payment obligations exceeding the present value of funds available to pay them, or expenses that do not have savings or investments set aside. For example, pension plan's, payment obligations, income, death and termination benefits owed, Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, etc.

With these figures understood, consider that as of 2013, the gross domestic product of the United States was only $16.77 trillion USD. That is roughly 21 times less than is needed just to break even to pay for the outgoing federal entitlement programs that are unfunded. Also, the global derivatives market dwarfs all of these numbers combined, standing at $1.2 QUADRILLION. That is $1,200 trillion in outstanding toxic derivatives!

You may ask why no one in the mainstream is really talking about this? I have been asking myself that for a long time. And when you discover the answer for yourself, you will know who truly benefits from the outcome.

Speaking of time, it appears that we may be nearly out of time. The jig is up. The ponzi scheme is over. The well has run dry. The park is closing and everyone is heading for the exit. There is nothing left to prop it up with, except for "Human Resources."

A beta-test of this police militarization roll-out to extract human resources occurred in April of 2013 when the bewildered citizens of Watertown, Massachusetts, were placed under siege by war-laden law enforcement troops and subjected to real Gestapo-style secret police terrorism. I published the photos and video evidence showing hundreds of law-abiding citizens being unlawfully subjected to a city-wide military style blockade, pulled from their homes, held at gunpoint, their persons and homes searched outside of law with no due process, an entire town held under martial law using one lone 19-year-old man who was only SUSPECTED of terror and never having even been charged with a crime in accordance with the law. See what the people like you went through, for a glimpse of what martial law will look like in other regions of America when the next crash hits.

Documentation Confirming Internment Camps in the United States for Civil Unrest

Here is the official U.S. federal government and military documentation confirming that they are erecting an extensive framework and infrastructure of internment camps in the United States, in preparation for economic collapse and mass civil unrest:
  • In 2009 the National Emergency Centers Act (H.R. 645), was introduced in Congress, mandating the establishment of "national emergency centers" to be located on military installations for the purpose of providing "temporary housing, medical, and humanitarian assistance to individuals and families dislocated due to an emergency or major disaster," according to the bill. In addition to emergencies, this legislation is designed to "meet other appropriate needs, as determined by the Secretary of Homeland Security," an open-ended mandate which could mean just about anything they want it to mean, including the forced detention of American citizens in the event of widespread rioting after a national emergency or total economic collapse.
  • In February of 2010 the Internment and Resettlement Operations (FM 3-39.40) was leaked, a U.S. Army manual outlining policies for processing detainees into internment camps both globally and inside the United States. That is against the Law of Nations.
  • In 2009 the National Guard posted a number of job opportunities looking for Internment and Resettlement Specialists (31-E) to work in "civilian internee camps" within the United States, with the job description: "Internment/resettlement specialists are primarily responsible for day-to-day operations in a military confinement/correctional facility or detention/internment facility."
  • In December of 2011 Halliburton subsidiary, Kellogg Brown & Root (KBR), a government defense contractor, issued a Project Overview of anticipated requirements in "establishing a National Quick Response Team for our current Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) work," and was specifically seeking sub-contractors to staff and outfit "emergency environment" camps located in five regions of the continental United States.
  • In 2006, KBR was contracted by Homeland Security for $385 million to build detention centers designed to deal with "an emergency influx of immigrants into the U.S.," or the rapid development of unspecified "new programs" that would require large numbers of people to be interned. Does that ring a bell? It should. It's called "Immigration Reform," and they have been planning this for a very long time.
  • Soon after KBR’s announcement, a little-known Army document surfaced, entitled Civilian Inmate Labor Program. The unclassified document describes in detail Army Regulation 210-35, first drafted in 1997, which underwent a "rapid act revision" in January of 2005 and now provides a policy for the creation of labor programs and prison camps aboard Army installations and other U.S. military bases.
  • Congressman W.G. "Bill" Hefner (D-NC) wrote a now infamous letter to Zell Setzer of Setzer Insurance and Associates, Salisbury, NC, on March 24, 1997, regarding information "pertaining to the Army's policy and guidance for establishing civilian inmate labor program and civilian prison camps on Army installations." Congressman Hefner confirmed to Mr. Setzer that "the program has been funded, staffed, and does not reflect current Army policy," denoting a preconceived future agenda. That is the very definition of a secret agreement (a conspiracy between two or more people).
  • Under the indefinite detention provision of the National Defense Authorization Act For Fiscal Year 2011, which was signed by Barack Hussein Obama on New Year’s Eve of 2011—when most of the Congress was home on Christmas vacation—American citizens can be legally (not lawfully) kidnapped and detained indefinitely without charge or trial, and subjected to extreme rendition with no due process of law.

The Guardian, a London paper, called the NDAA an "historic assault on American liberty." Forbes called it the "greatest threat to civil liberties Americans face."

The U.S. Supreme Court has upheld the indefinite detention provision of the NDAA ever since, refusing to follow the Supreme Law of the Land, which is the Constitution for United States of America, compelling Tangerine Bolen to write concerning Pulitzer prize-winning reporter Chris Hedges' and other prominent journalists' lawsuit against the federal government, "We are no longer a nation ruled by laws."
  • The U.S. Army Military Police training manual for Civil Disturbance Operations (FM 3-19.15), describes the "operational threats of the civil disturbance environment," the "general causes for civil unrest," weapons deployment, the legal considerations of "control force operations," the legal considerations of "apprehension, search, and detention," and recording the "number of cadre and inmates injured or killed." This 115-page manual represented at the time of its publishing a shocking new insight into how the U.S. military plans to violently quell unrest in the aftermath of a total economic collapse or other national emergency, with rules of engagement regarding the use of "deadly force" in confronting "dissidents," which were made disturbingly clear with the directive that a "warning shot will not be fired."
  • Currently, the ongoing and expanding United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) Jade Helm 15 is underway, the Realistic Military Training (RMT) exercise conducted throughout the American Southwest and in 11 states to "Master the Human Domain" via "unconventional warfare." This so-called exercise declares Texas, Utah and Southern California hostile territory, driving Texas Governor Greg Abbott to deploy the Texas State Guard to monitor the very questionable operation on non-federally owned land.
Jade Helm 15 declares Texas, Utah and Southern California hostile territory.
The acronym for Jade Helm has been deciphered thus: Joint Assistance for Deployment and Execution (JADE) Holding Element (HELM). Other credible researchers have deduced that HELM actually stands for "Homeland Eradication of Local Militants." Are "militants" those rugged Western Americans who would be expected to fight against such a plan?

According to Dave Hodges, "Jade Helm is a dissident extraction drill involving members of special forces who are practicing 'infiltration techniques.' And it’s also a martial law drill . . . All military activity in this country is falling under the purview of Jade Helm."
  • Also at present and more recently, the U.S. Army Special Operations Forces (ARSOF) Operating Concept 2022 is being deployed on U.S. soil to "operationlize the CONUS [Continental United States] base."

Many people mistakenly think that ARSOF is clandestinely about erasing the U.S. borders, but that isn't true, because that has already officially been done. Buried within the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), which came into force on January 1, 1994, is the La Paz Agreement between the United States and Mexico. This agreement was signed by Ronald Reagan in 1983 and added to NAFTA in 1997. It eliminated the U.S.-Mexico border. That's right. It didn't push the border back, it ELIMINATED it altogether. It's called Border Region XXI (you know, 21 like U.N. Agenda 21 for the 21st Century), under the "Sustainable Development" initiative. Also, the U.S. and Mexican border agencies were COMBINED under the NAFTA/U.N. agreements, and similar unlawful agreements have been made under the World Trade Organization's multilateral General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) between the United States and Canada. Border Patrol, you say? What border?

Let me remind everyone that the Constitution for the United States of America clearly defines in Article I, Section 10, Clause 1, that "No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation," confirming that the Supreme Law of the Land is officially no longer in affect in this country.

What ARSOF focuses primarily on is conquering economic resources and strategic landpower, and establishing "superiority over the physical, cognitive, and moral security and adequate governance of key populations" using "unconventional warfare" like Jade Helm. Most disturbingly, this operation's supporting documentation has an entire section on optimizing "Human Capital." Ladies and gentlemen, that's the new code word for you and me, which represents forced labor (See the Civilian Inmate Labor Program above). "Human Resources" and "Human Capital" are interchangeable in this coming New Order. ARSOF claims that "through their understanding of the human domain," they will require their human capital to "maintain expected capabilities." Simply put, they will require the American people to be enslaved.
In short, it's about the money, stupid! It always has been, and it always will be. For the love of money is the root of all evil.

In closing, Ayn Rand wrote in Atlas Shrugged, chapter 7, page 3:
"The only proper purpose of a government is to protect man's rights, which means: to protect him from physical violence. A proper government is only a policeman, acting as an agent of man's self-defense, and, as such, may resort to force only against those who start the use of force. The only proper functions of a government are: the police, to protect you from criminals; the army, to protect you from foreign invaders; and the courts, to protect your property and contracts from breaches or fraud by the others, to settle disputes by rational rules, according to objective law. But a government that initiates the employment of force against men who had forced no one, the employment of armed compulsion against disarmed victims, is a nightmare infernal machine designed to annihilate morality: such a government reverses its only moral purpose and switches from the role of protector to the role of man's deadliest enemy, from the role of policeman to the role of a criminal vested with the right to the wielding of violence against the victims deprived of the right of self-defense. Such a government substitutes for morality the following rule of social conduct: you may do whatever you please to your neighbor, provided your gang is bigger than his."
If it comes to that, then there is no other alternative left...
"Whenever the legislators endeavor to take away and destroy the property of the people, or to reduce them to slavery under arbitrary power, they put themselves into a state of war with the people, who are thereupon absolved from any further obedience and are left to the common refuge, which God hath provided for all men, against force and violence." — John Locke, Second Treatise of Civil Government, December, 1690
"Disobedience, in the eyes of any one who has read history, is man's original virtue. It is through disobedience that progress has been made, through disobedience and through rebellion." — Oscar Wilde, The Soul of Man under Socialism, 1891
"If the representatives of the people betray their constituents, there is then no resource left but in the exertion of that original right of self-defense which is paramount to all positive forms of government, and which against the usurpations of the national rulers, may be exerted with infinitely better prospect of success than against those of the rulers of an individual state. In a single state, if the persons intrusted with supreme power become usurpers, the different parcels, subdivisions, or districts of which it consists, having no distinct government in each, can take no regular measures for defense. The citizens must rush tumultuously to arms, without concert, without system, without resource; except in their courage and despair. The usurpers, clothed with the forms of legal authority, can too often crush the opposition in embryo. The smaller the extent of the territory, the more difficult will it be for the people to form a regular or systematic plan of opposition, and the more easy will it be to defeat their early efforts." — Alexander Hamilton, The Federalist No. 28, The Idea of Restraining the Legislative Authority in Regard to the Common Defense Considered, December 25, 1787
"It's always about protection of the institution at the end." — Janice Kephart, Counsel to the 9/11 Commission, in a 2010 interview with Jesse Ventura
