I wrote this song to inspire and encourage We the People who won't fold, won't bend, who stand up and hold their ground, who rise with open eyes, who keep that spark and hold the light when it gets dark, who do their duty, bear the day and walk on strong the American way. To all those true, hard-working Americans who still know who you are; those who stand up now and will carry on somehow.

Boston Under Siege by the State, Not by a 19-year-old Suspect

WATERTOWN, MA — On Friday, April 19, 2013, during a manhunt for a bombing suspect, police and federal agents spent the day storm-trooping people's homes and performing illegal searches and seizures.

Thousands of law-abiding citizens' unalienable rights were infringed upon, an entire town held under siege, by one 19-year-old man who was suspected of terror. I submit that the real terror was inflicted by the gestapo-like tactics of the federalized law enforcement, the armed enforcers of tyranny.

While it was unclear initially if the home searches were voluntary, it is now crystal clear that they were absolutely NOT voluntary. Police were filmed ripping people from their homes at gunpoint, marching the residents out with their hands raised in submission, and then storming the homes to perform their illegal searches.

Guilty until proven innocent.

This was part of a larger operation that involved a total lock-down of the suburban neighbor to Boston. Roads were barricaded and vehicle traffic was prohibited. A No-Fly Zone was declared over the town. People were "ordered" to stay indoors. Businesses were told not to open. In defiance of Posse Comitatus, armed National Guard soldiers helped with the lock-down, and were photographed checking IDs of pedestrians on the streets. "Papers, please." All the while, militarized police were performing these disgusting house-to-house searches.

Most disturbingly of all, were the systematic house-to-house raids performed throughout the town. SWAT teams swept the streets, raiding citizens' homes one at a time. Homeowners would answer the door to officers with guns drawn and would be told to immediately exit the property with their hands up. Everyone from the homes would be "rescued" (forcibly removed) and searched as they came out of their homes, men, women and children, often barefoot and half-dressed.

Police would then enter the property and begin their illegal searches.

The Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution, which was adopted as a response to the abuse by the government of the writ of assistance as a type of general search warrant guarding AGAINST unreasonable searches and seizures, clearly reads as follows:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

No American can ever again say  that, "it can't happen here."

It IS happening. Why? Because we have traded our Liberty for Security. We have given over our personal responsibility and entrusted our self-preservation and self-reliance to reprobate minds.

Dear Sir, What Will You Do? Letter to My Former U.S. Marine Commander

Dear Sir,

Our mutual friend who we served with together can no longer get ahold of you. Nor can I reach you anymore. You have even hung up on our phone calls of late.

I can only surmise that you have finally come to the conclusion that the rest of us on the outside, who are not compartmentalized, arrived at some time ago.

Can I deduce that it's because of the true reason the current administration is purging military commanders?

We have known for a long time that the agenda of this regime is to disarm the civilian population of America at the behest of their Marxist/communist controllers, namely in China, Russia, and Saudi Arabia.

But why disarm us? Because as Admiral Yamamoto told Japan's military leaders when advising them of the futility of an invasion of mainland United States because of the widespread availability of guns, "You cannot invade mainland United States. There would be a rifle behind each blade of grass."

Our armed citizenry, being necessary to the security of a free State, is the last line of defense against a tyrannical invasion force.

Countless foreign governments are calling for our government to disarm us, by force if necessary. And it will fall upon the shoulders of the ranks of our military and police to enforce these illegitimate (illegal) edicts.

Aleksandr I. Solzhenitsyn, a Russian writer, dissident, activist and author of 'The Gulag Archipelago' (1973), had something to say about this:

"And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?... The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin's thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If...if... We didn't love freedom enough. And even more―we had no awareness of the real situation... We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward."

These are the times that try men's souls, the time to get on the right side of history, the time to draw our line in the sand and pledge to rather die as free men than to live as slaves.

The written historical record reveals to us that everyone who went along with tyranny―whether out of fear or out of personal gain―it didn't go well for them at all in the end. When the Berlin Wall fell, the dreaded East German Stasi secret police ripped their uniform badges off in shame, fled, and went into hiding. The despotic Nazi commanders were convicted of their atrocities at the Nuremberg tribunals. Following the illegal orders of their superiors was not a credible defense.

I understand the choice that is before you; the struggle you face―to acquiesce to the forces of darkness, or to stand for Liberty. Benjamin Franklin said that those who sacrifice Liberty on the altar of security, deserve neither Liberty nor security.

And Patrick Henry asked, "Is life so dear, or peace so sweet, as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery? Forbid it, Almighty God! I know not what course others may take; but as for me, give me liberty or give me death!"

Samuel Adams decried those who served the system of enslavement: "If ye love wealth better than Liberty, the tranquility of servitude than the animating contest of freedom, go from us in peace. We ask not your counsel nor your arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen!"

The current gun control agenda is a recipe for enslavement, as it has so been in every tyrannical government and ruling class throughout history that disarmed its people to enslave them. Slaves cannot be armed, only free men. "To disarm the people is the best and most effective way to enslave them" ― George Mason

"Guard with jealous attention the public liberty," Patrick Henry warned in his speech to the Virginia Ratifying Convention of 1788, "Suspect EVERYONE who approaches that jewel. Unfortunately, nothing will preserve it but downright force. Whenever you give up that force, you are inevitably ruined."

The system will require the blood, sweat, and tears of you and your fellow active duty Marines in order to carry out what they have planned for us. It will require you to commit treason against your God, your Republic, your Constitution, and against your fellow man. It won't be called treason, though. For, as Sir John Harington pointed out, "Treason doth never prosper: what's the reason? Why, if it prosper, none dare call it treason."

No, it won't be called treason. It will be called DUTY.

The system will not just require treason; it will require atrocity. It will require you to carry out atrocities at home, the likes of which our fighting men were forced to carry out abroad, in every clime and place, for the profit of the few.

Then, once the system has used you as the enforcement arm of tyranny, it will surely chew you up and spit you out. It will label you, a returning veteran, a "domestic terrorist threat", as it has labeled me and my fellow veterans who served with honor. It will then deny you healthcare, as it has to hundreds of thousands of suffering veterans.

Military men, as Henry Kissinger stated, are "dumb animals to be used as pawns in foreign policy." However, when these cleptocrats entertain the notion of considering you as dumb animals to be used as pawns in DOMESTIC policy, then we have a serious problem on our hands.

And to every Soldier, Sailor, Airman, Marine and Coastguardsman who gave voice and effort to producing all of the recent military and academic think-tank documents that label their fellow veterans as "anti-federalists", "rightwing extremists", "domestic terrorists", and a "threat to national security", shame is upon them, and judgement will come swiftly.

You know very well why the current regime is purging Constitutional commanders. Have you received the "litmus test" yet that Army Lieutenant General William G. "Jerry" Boykin (retired) is going public about? He was the United States Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence, one of our highest decorated combat veterans, and is exposing the treason that is taking place at the highest office of our captured government.

In January of this year, world-renowned educator, human rights activist, and Nobel Peace Prize nominee, Jim Garrow, exposed how President Obama is using a new litmus test for "determining who will stay and who must go" among top-ranked military leaders. That test is whether or not they will fire on American citizens when ordered to do so. Garrow says that his source made the disclosure in order to "sound the alarm" over the administration's plans. His source, we now know, is Lieutenant General William G. Boykin.
Jim Garrow posted on his Facebook page on January 21, 2013:

"I have just been informed by a former senior military leader that Obama is using a new 'litmus test' in determining who will stay and who must go in his military leaders. Get ready to explode folks. 'The new litmus test of leadership in the military is if they will fire on US citizens or not'. Those who will not are being removed."

The word on the street is that Barack Obama is also pushing yet another high-ranking military official out of his post, General James N. "Mad Dog" Mattis, USMC, commander of United States Central Command (USCENTCOM). Gen. Mattis is reportedly asking too many questions. He is being pushed out for addressing skepticism about the treasonous litmus test and for acknowledging the "blowback" from our disastrous, self-destructive foreign policy. General Boykin, General Petraeus, General Ham, and now General Mattis.

Not to mention, you might recall Barack Obama speaking in 2008, advocating the need for creating a "Civilian National Security Force" rivaling the military in size and strength, a military which he can obviously no longer trust to carry out his Marxist/communist agenda:

Is that why you remain silent―because you're realizing the hard truth, that if you defy the will of the regime, that you will lose your career; that if you declare you will not follow orders to fire on patriots like me, you will be pushed out? You have by now realized that your orders will in fact be to fire on your fellow Americans who refuse to disarm. Your fellow veterans. Your fellow gun owners. Your fellow man. If your family refuses to disarm and be enslaved, will you fire upon them?

I'll tell you what I told my County Sheriff, we're with you. You have our support, 100%. But, ONLY if you honor your sworn Oath and disobey the illegal orders you will surely be given. If you don't, then you might as well go ahead and rip your uniform badges, rank insignia and medals off in shame, flee, and go into hiding.

You may as well retire now, take off your uniform, and stand with us. Stand with We the People. Use your training to defend Liberty, instead of using it to strip our God-given Rights.

The battle, sir, is not to the strong alone. It is to the vigilant, the active, the brave.

Now is the time for bravery; to do the difficult thing. I don't envy you the test that you face, the tough decision that is before you.

In closing, the Second Amendment does not GIVE us the right to keep and bear arms. It recognizes it, points it out, highlights it, enumerates it, and guarantees it. The Second Amendment guarantees the natural right of self-defense; the right to defend life, liberty and property; the God-given right which the framers of our Constitution declared to be "NECESSARY to the security of a free State"; the right which "SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED", so long as we are free.

In his 'An Examination into the Leading Principles of the Federal Constitution' (1787), Noah Webster wrote, "The supreme power in America cannot enforce unjust laws by the sword; because the whole body of the people are armed, and constitute a force superior to any bands of regular troops that can be, on any pretense, raised in the United States."

That is why we must be disarmed in the eyes of a lawless criminal government and their foreign collaborators, so they can then inflict the unjust "laws" planned against us, unhindered by the supreme power of arms that we currently possess, the arms which hold their tyranny at bay. The other reason is so we pose no significant force of arms to repel the foreign dictatorial empires that have purchased the majority of our debt, and will want a return on their investment.

If America is barred the use of arms, then the rest of our rights will soon follow. Our natural rights will then be taken by force, because we will then be defenseless against a government that has removed its mask; a government that has shown its true face, which is as George Washington warned, a government that "is not reason; it is not eloquence. It is force. And force like fire is a dangerous servant and a fearful master."

Alexander Hamilton wrote in The Federalist #28:

"If the representatives of the people betray their constituents, there is then no recourse left but in the exertion of that original right of self defense which is paramount to all positive forms of government."

And that original right of self defense will be engaged with over 500 million firearms, and "every other terrible implement of the soldier," as Tench Coxe declared in 1788, "are the birth-right of every American."

The representatives of We the People, those giving you your orders, have betrayed their constituents by their own admission. They have already given their confession of evil in their own published works and spoken word. They have also given over command of our military to the UN and NATO.

And the usurpers of our Republic, the criminal class that has hijacked our nation through fraud and overthrown our Constitution and Bill of Rights, will soon give the ultimate order of betrayal for the military commanders to follow―to steal our birth-right and subsequently enslave us.

History shows that this happens in every single civilization which becomes lawless, filled with iniquity, given over to reprobate minds, and which attempts to nullify, vilify and criminalize its inherently honorable civilian population under despotic rule.

When the defense of liberty becomes a crime, tyranny is already in force. At that point, failure to defend liberty makes slavery a certainty.

Edmund Burke said that "the only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.” However, in this case, doing nothing, when the order is given to fire on your fellow Americans, will not weigh on your spirit as much as doing the something that will be expected of you―as doing that something will surely bring about a shame upon you to rival that of any force of deplorable evil the mind can conjure from centuries past.
