My Fellow Americans

I co-wrote this song with my wife Heather on Independence Day, July 4th, 2026. It encapsulates the sacrifices made by our founders, juxtaposed with all of the blessings of Liberty they bestowed upon their posterity that we all enjoy today, 250 years later.

For God and country. May God continue blessing the United States of America!

Lyrics:

[Verse 1]
Sittin’ here thinking
‘Bout the sacrifice of men gone
Our blessings of Liberty
From what they bore on
Here with my family
A happiness complete
We do and say what we want
Praise God with every heartbeat

[Pre-Chorus]
Hear that Anthem now
Feel the ground come alive
One voice to the whole town
When we all lock eyes

[Chorus]
We hold these Truths
To be self-evident
Created equal
By men Heaven sent
Life and Liberty
The American Dream
Keep that flag in view
My fellow Americans,
This one's for you

[Verse 2]
Sittin’ here thinking
‘Bout the times that try men's souls
Summer soldiers, sunshine patriots
Shrink from service to sacred scrolls
We defend ourselves
From men who transgress
Raise our children, love our wives
In peace and safety live our lives

[Pre-Chorus]
Hear that Anthem now
Feel the ground come alive
One voice singing loud
‘Bout the Freedom for we strive

[Chorus]
We hold these Truths
To be self-evident
Created equal
By men Heaven sent
Life and Liberty
The American Dream
Keep that flag in view
My fellow Americans,
This one's for you
This one's for you, yeah!

[Bridge]
Victory or Death
Live Free or Die
An Appeal to Heaven
And so we try
Let the old scars speak
Let Freedom ring
We rise as one
This American song we sing!

[Breakdown]
Hey!
Hold the line
Hey!
Defend our Liberty shrine

[Final Chorus]
We hold these Truths
To be self-evident
Created equal
By men Heaven sent
Life and Liberty
The American Dream
Keep that flag in view

My fellow Americans,
This one's for you
This one's for you, yeah!

We hold these Truths
To be self-evident
Created equal
By men Heaven sent
Life and Liberty
The American Dream
Keep that flag in view

My fellow Americans,
This one's for you
My fellow Americans,
This one's for you

My fellow Americans,
This one's for you, yeah!
This one's for you!

Bedrock

This song is wholly inspired by the beautiful words spoken by Jesus, as recorded by Matthew, in the Apocryphal text, 'The Gospel of Q: Jesus' Prophetic Wisdom.' Be blessed. Be comforted. Rejoice and be glad. He loves you. And only He can bring you joy. Amen?

To God be all the glory and honor.

Lyrics:

[Verse 1]
Blessed are you
Who are poor
Because God’s reign
Opened the door
Blessed are you
Who hunger and thirst
Because He will fill
What was empty and cursed

[Pre-Chorus]
Rejoice and be glad
Open is Heaven’s gate
Rejoice and be glad
Because your reward is great!

[Chorus]
You call me ‘Master’
But don’t listen to my voice?
You hear my words
And don’t rejoice?
Build your house
Upon my bedrock
Where the rain, flood and wind
Will not destroy
Build your house
On my bedrock
Where I will bring you joy

Whoa!

[Verse 2]
Blessed are you
Who do mourn
You will be comforted
Your heart reborn
Blessed are you
When they criticize, harass and lie
That was how they treated
The prophets who died, oh

[Pre-Chorus]
Rejoice and be glad
Open is Heaven’s gate
Rejoice and be glad
Because your reward is great!

[Chorus]
You call me ‘Master’
But don’t listen to my voice?
You hear my words
And don’t rejoice?
Build your house
Upon my bedrock
Where the rain, flood and wind
Will not destroy
Build your house
On my bedrock
Where I will bring you joy!

Joy
Joy
Joy
Joy

[Bridge]
Love your enemies
Pray for those who lie
You’ll become children
Of your Provider
Who makes the sun rise
On those who are evil (and those who are not)
He sends rain on those
Who are pure (are pure)
And those who are for naught, oh

[Final Chorus]
You call me ‘Master’
Don’t listen to my voice?
You hear my words
And don’t rejoice?
Build your house
Upon my bedrock

Build your house
On my bedrock
On my bedrock
Where the rain, flood and wind
Will not destroy
Build your house
Build your house
On my bedrock
Build your house
On my bedrock
Where the rain, flood and wind
Will not destroy

Build your house
On my bedrock
On my bedrock
Where the rain, flood and wind
Will not destroy
Build your house
On my bedrock
On my bedrock
Where I will bring you joy

Where I will bring you joy

More Than Conquerors

This song is inspired by Romans chapter 8. I hope it inspires you and blesses you, especially knowing that no matter what happens, God works all things for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose. After all, if God is for us who then can stand against us? In all things, we are more than conquerors. Amen?

To God be all the glory and honor.

Lyrics:

[Verse 1]
You called me by name
Before I knew the road
You laid out mercy
Where my feet could go
In every blessing
In every open door
You were writing purpose
Before I asked for more

[Pre-Chorus]
So I will stand here
In the story You chose
Held by Your hand
Where Your promise unfolds
If You called me
Then I will not fear
Your love has chosen me
And Your voice is clear

[Chorus]
We are more than conquerors
By the cross and the grave
More than conquerors
What shall we say?
If God is for us
Who can be against?
More than conquerors
Everything You gave
Your glory dispensed

[Verse 2]
You gave us pardon
You gave us peace
Table in the desert
Bread for the least
You crown the broken
You lift the poor
What You have spoken
Stands forevermore

[Pre-Chorus]
So I will stand here
In the story You chose
Held by Your hand
Where Your promise unfolds
You have called me
And I will not fear
Your love has marked me
Your voice chrystal clear

[Chorus]
We are more than conquerors
By the cross and the grave
More than conquerors
What shall we say?
If God is for us
Who can stand against?
More than conquerors
Everything You gave
Never to recompense

[Bridge]
You work all things
For the good of Your plan
For those who love you
We are in Your hands
Called for Your purpose
Kept by Your light
Who shall separate us
From the love of Christ?

In all things

[Chorus]
We are more than conquerors
By the cross and the grave
More than conquerors
What shall we say?
If God is for us
Who can fight against?
More than conquerors
Everything You gave
Your kingdom commenced

In all things
In all things

[Outro]
We are more
We are more
More than conquerors
We are Yours
We are Yours
Jesus
We are Yours

Lord My Rock

This song is inspired by Psalm 144. I hope it inspires and reassures you, especially during times of struggle, when you feel defeated. God has already won your battle, and prepared the way for you. He is your stronghold and your deliverer, your shield in whom you can take refuge. He is your mighty fortress and subdues your enemies. Never forget that.

To God be all the glory and honor.

Lyrics:

[Verse 1]
Steel on the morning sky
Boots on the ground below
My hands may shake
But I refuse to fold
The fear can call my name
The wind can bite my face
Still I will stand and brace
With fire in my veins

[Pre-Chorus]
You steady every step
You calm the storm in me
When the battle comes close
You make my soul believe

[Chorus]
Lord my Rock, hold me up
Lord my Rock, make me strong
I will not back down
I will march along
Lord my Rock, hear my cry
Lord my Rock, lead me on
With You in my heart
I am made strong!
(Lord my Rock)
(Lord my Rock)

[Verse 2]
Dust on the broken road
Rain on the iron shield
I’ve seen the dark horizon
I’ve seen the sorrow kneel
But I won’t bow my head
I won’t give in to doubt
Your name is in my chest
And it’s roaring out

[Pre-Chorus]
You steady every step
You calm the storm in me
When the battle comes close
You make my soul believe

[Chorus]
Lord my Rock, hold me up
Lord my Rock, make me strong
I will not back down
I will march along
Lord my Rock, hear my cry
Lord my Rock, lead me on
With You in my spirit
I am made strong!
(Lord my Rock)
(Lord my Rock)

[Bridge]
If the ground starts breaking
You still stand above
If the night comes shaking
You answer me with love
So I’ll lift my face now
To the One who stays
No fear gets the last word
No chain remains

[Final Chorus]
Lord my Rock, hold me up
Lord my Rock, make me strong
I will not back down
I will march along
Lord my Rock, hear my cry
Lord my Rock, lead me on
With You in my soul
I can’t go wrong!
(Lord my Rock)
(Lord my Rock)
(Lord my Rock)
Lord my Rock!

Psalm 144 (Of David)

1 Praise be to the Lord my Rock,
who trains my hands for war,
my fingers for battle.
2 He is my loving God and my fortress,
my stronghold and my deliverer,
my shield, in whom I take refuge,
who subdues peoples under me.
3 Lord, what are human beings that you care for them,
mere mortals that you think of them?
4 They are like a breath;
their days are like a fleeting shadow.
5 Part your heavens, Lord, and come down;
touch the mountains, so that they smoke.
6 Send forth lightning and scatter the enemy;
shoot your arrows and rout them.
7 Reach down your hand from on high;
deliver me and rescue me
from the mighty waters,
from the hands of foreigners
8 whose mouths are full of lies,
whose right hands are deceitful.
9 I will sing a new song to you, my God;
on the ten-stringed lyre I will make music to you,
10 to the One who gives victory to kings,
who delivers his servant David.
From the deadly sword 11 deliver me;
rescue me from the hands of foreigners
whose mouths are full of lies,
whose right hands are deceitful.
12 Then our sons in their youth
will be like well-nurtured plants,
and our daughters will be like pillars
carved to adorn a palace.
13 Our barns will be filled
with every kind of provision.
Our sheep will increase by thousands,
by tens of thousands in our fields;
14 our oxen will draw heavy loads.[b]
There will be no breaching of walls,
no going into captivity,
no cry of distress in our streets.
15 Blessed is the people of whom this is true;
blessed is the people whose God is the Lord.

Truth Stands Tall

This song speaks for itself. If the lyrics resonate with you, share it with others who may gain something from it and be lifted up and encouraged by the message.

You are not alone. You matter. And so do your views and opinions.

Also, to the detractors who try telling me that I shouldn't be using AI to create music, do your own thing, and I'll continue doing mine. This is just another tool and art form in the Great Awakening to share a message of hope for America, for humanity, to magnify what makes us strong together, and to bring glory and honor to God.

He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life.

[Verse]
They called us names
Said we’re insane
We saw the lies
Through their slick disguise
They built their towers
On stolen hours

[Prechorus]
Whispers turn to shouts!
Full of fear and doubt

[Chorus]
Truth stands tall
Watch the empires fall
Truth speaks free
For all the world to see
Some would rather live the lie
And watch the real world die

[Verse 2]
We spoke our minds
Left comfort behind
They threw their stones
Tried to hit the bone
But the fire inside
Could never hide

[Prechorus]
Words turn to blows
Violent attempted overthrows

[Chorus]
Truth stands tall
Watch the empires fall
Truth speaks free
For all the world to see
Some would rather live the lie
And watch the real world die

[Bridge]
Truth tellers stand tall
Watch the empires fall
Truth tellers speak free
For all the world to see
They tried to erase us
Tried to replace us
But the echoes remain
Washing away the stain

[Chorus]
Truth stands tall
Watch the empires fall
Truth speaks free
For all the world to see
Some rather live the lie
Watch the real world die
Watch the real world die

[Outro]

You Heard My Cry

This praise and worship song is inspired by Psalm chapter 40, a song of celebration proclaiming God's perpetual deliverance and the promise that He will always come through for us, no matter what.

I hope this song inspires and blesses you, as the message of patience, trust, foundation, salvation, praise and blessing, have inspired me again and again.

Please share this with whomever you think needs a reminder of our Lord's enduring love, steadfast deliverance and faithfulness.

Lyrics:

[Verse 1]
I was sinking deep
Mud and mire on my shoes
My heart was full of fear
My voice thin and bruised

I waited in the dark
You didn’t pass me by
You leaned down through the pain
And answered my cry

You reached down deep
And pulled me high

[Pre-Chorus]
You heard me
You listened
When I could barely speak
You found me
You caught me
Right there in the deep

[Chorus]
You heard my cry (cry!)
You pulled me up
You heard my cry
You filled my cup
I will wait on You
You heard my cry
And always stayed true

[Verse 2]
You set my feet on solid rock
You taught my legs to stand
Where shame told me to “stay down”
Your grace took hold of my hand

Now every scar can sing
Of mercy in the night
The One who rescued me
Will take me nigh

You reached down deep
And pulled me high

[Pre-Chorus]
You heard me
You listened
When I could barely speak
You found me
You saved me
Right there in the deep

[Chorus]
You heard my cry (hey!)
You pulled me up
You heard my cry
You filled my cup
I will wait on You (wait on You)
You heard my cry
And said “I will make you new”

[Bridge]
So I will not let go
Though the valley treads long
Your promise holds me fast
Your love makes me strong

I will trust Your hand
I will trust Your way
What You started in me
You will complete someday

[Final Chorus]
You heard my cry
You pulled me up
You heard my cry
You filled my cup
I will wait on You!

You heard my cry (cry!)
You pulled me up
You heard my cry
I’m standing now
I will wait on You (I’ll wait on You)
You heard my cry (oh!)
I’m standing now
You heard my cry
You brought me out (brought me out!)
I will wait on You!

You heard my cry
And made me new

You heard my cry
And made me new!

Walk on Strong (The American Way)

I wrote this song to inspire and encourage We the People who won't fold, won't bend, who stand up and hold their ground, who rise with open eyes, who keep that spark and hold the light when it gets dark, who do their duty, bear the day and walk on strong the American way. To all those true, hard-working Americans who still know who you are; those who stand up now and will carry on somehow.

Please like, share and subscribe, so that it boosts the algorithm, and more people see and hear this type of patriotic music and message. Thank you!

Lyrics:

[Verse 1]
Sun comes up on a hard-worked field (oh)
Strong decree that will not yield (oh)
Mamas praying by the screen door frame
Daddies still teach that Holy Name
We take the hit, stand back tall
Dust on our hands, we answer the call

[Pre-Chorus]
When the night rolls in
And the call comes near
We don’t fold, we don’t bend
We all face it here

[Chorus]
We the People, stand up now
We the People, hold this ground
Trouble comes, but we rise
With brave hearts and open eyes
We the People, sing it loud
We the People, raise this crowd
Do our duty, bear the day
Then walk on strong, the American way

[Verse 2]
Old red barn with a rusted gate
(Fresh-cut hay) and a dinner plate
Brother’s got scars from a long hard road
Sister keeps faith with her heavy load
We do the work, keep that spark
Hold the light when it gets dark

[Pre-Chorus]
When the storm gets riled
And the shadows cheer
We don’t lose our voice
We stay right here

[Chorus]
We the People, stand up now
We the People, hold this ground
Trouble comes, but we rise
With brave hearts and open eyes
We the People, sing it loud
We the People, raise this crowd
Do our duty, bear the day
Then walk on strong, the American way, hey!

[Bridge]
Let the weary find their flame
Let the broken rise again
Every mile, every scar
Still we know who we are
(Still we know who we are)

[Final Chorus]
We the People, stand up now
We the People, hold this ground
Trouble comes, but we rise
With brave hearts and open eyes
We the People, sing it loud
We the People, raise this crowd
Do our duty, bear the day
Then walk on strong (Walk on strong)
The American way!

We the People walk on strong

[Outro]
We the People (We the People)
Stand up now (We the People)
We the People (We the People)
Hold this ground (Hold this ground!)

We rise!
With open eyes!

Sing it loud!
Raise this crowd!
Bear the day!
Walk on strong, the American way

We the People
Stand up now
We the People (We the People)
Will carry on somehow…

Rebel Red White & Blue 🇺🇸

I wrote this song to inspire the true American patriots who won't bow, won't break, and who will continue to speak, bleed and preach what you believe.

If you’re fed-up and tired of being told what to do, for all the rebels who will keep waving that rebel red white & blue, this song’s for you!

Lyrics:
[Verse 1]
Dust on my boots
Grease on this old ball cap
Mama raised me on hymns
Daddy raised me to scrap
Flag on the front porch
Gun and Bible by my bed
They said “son
In this life
You either stand up or be led”

[Chorus]
I’m rebel red
White & blue
Heartland hard and true
I don’t bow
I don’t break
To the crowd
To the fake
From the fields to the ocean view
We the wild ones
Tried and true, yeah!
Yeah, I’ll speak what I believe
Rebel red
White & blue!

[Verse 2]
Talk big on the coasts
But they don’t know my town
Where the factories closed
And we still hold the ground
We pray for our soldiers
Cheer when they come home
You can call me whatever
But you leave mine alone

[Chorus]
‘Cause I’m rebel red
White & blue (hey!)
Heartland hard and true
I don’t bow
I don’t break
To the crowd
To the fake
From the hills and hollers to the avenue
We the few that still push through
Yeah I’ll bleed what I believe
Rebel red
White & blue
You know it’s true

[Bridge]
Raise that flag up higher (higher)
Let the stripes start a brushfire (fire)
If you hate that they stole God and truth
Took prayer out of our schools
Changed our times and laws
Treated us like fools
If you’re fed-up
And tired of being told what to do
This song’s for you
This song’s for you!

[Chorus]
We’re rebel red
White & blue (yeah!)
Heartland hard and true (huah!)
We don’t bow
We don’t break
To the crowd
To the fake
From the backroads to the capital view
We the storm they never knew
Yeah we’ll preach what we believe

If you’re fed-up
And tired of being told what to do
This song’s for you
(This song’s for you)
This song’s for you
(This song’s for you)

‘Cause we’re all rebel red
White & blue, yeah!

You know it
And I know it

We all rebels
Waving that rebel red
White & blue, y’all!

Sing it!

Raise it up
Raise it up
Raise it up high

In the Shelter of Your Wings

I wrote this praise and worship song, altogether inspired by Psalm chapter 61, a song of David. No one knows what music he put his lyrics to, but this is my attempt at doing his words justice in my humble way.

Here is the text of Psalm 61:

Hear my cry, O God;
listen to my prayer.
From the ends of the earth I call to you,
I call as my heart grows faint;
lead me to the rock that is higher than I.
For you have been my refuge,
a strong tower against the foe.
I long to dwell in your tent forever
and take refuge in the shelter of your wings.
For you, God, have heard my vows;
you have given me the heritage of those who fear your name.
Increase the days of the king’s life,
his years for many generations.
May he be enthroned in God’s presence forever;
appoint your love and faithfulness to protect him.
Then I will ever sing in praise of your name
and fulfill my vows day after day.
I hope this song inspires and blesses you, as the message of prayer, protection and perpetual blessing of posterity inspires me. Remember that our God hears you, leads you, is your rock, your strong tower, and gives you shelter under His wings.
Please share this with whomever you think needs hope, encouragement, healing, protection and perseverance, a reminder of our Lord's love and faithfulness.

[Verse 1]
We are gathered in the waiting
Empty hands
But hearts awake
Every burden laid
In the curse You break
You see the hidden
Every tear that hasn’t dried
You hear the whisper
Underneath our restless minds

[Chorus]
Hear our cry (O God)
Listen to our prayer
Cover every whisper
Our humble plea laid bare
From the ends of the earth (we call)
Lead us to the Rock that’s higher
For You have been our refuge
Strong tower against the liar
We long to be dwelling
In Your house that brings
A mighty refuge
In the shelter of Your wings

[Verse 2]
We are Your children (dust on our knees)
Waiting in silence (holding onto peace)
You know the stories
Names and scars
You keep a vigil
Closer than the stars

[Chorus]
Hear our cry (O God)
Listen to our hearts
Defender when we’re weak
Let us never be apart
From the ends of the earth (we call)
Lead us to the Rock that’s higher
For You have heard our vows
Given us a heritage
Through generations (may they grow)
In Your presence we’ll sing
And take refuge (hey!)
In the shelter of Your wings (oh!)

[Bridge]
If You are for us
Who can stand against?
You, our refuge (righteous)
When we’re waiting
Teach our souls to rest
In You
In You, Lord
We are blessed!

[Chorus]
Hear our cry, O God
Listen to our soul
Appoint Your love and faith
From broken make us whole
From the ends of the earth (we call)
Lead us to the Rock that’s higher (oh!)
For we will ever sing in praise
Of Your Holy name
And repeat our faithful phrase
Your vows fulfilled that bring
A fearless refuge
In the shelter of Your wings

[Outro]
Hear our cry, O God
We long to dwell (dwell)
In Your house forever
And take refuge (refuge)
In the shelter of Your wings
Yes, Jesus
We’ll take refuge
In the shelter of Your wings
O God (O God)
Take refuge (refuge)
In the shelter of Your wings
(In the shelter)
Of Your wings
