On today's episode of America the Battlefield, I explain all the ways in which the American people got tricked into paying taxes on their wages through subterfuge.

The Sixteenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States was never lawfully ratified by a majority of the states. The word "income" is the sole anchor which this so-called law hangs upon. Wages, according to the courts and the Internal Revenue Code itself, are not income. Over the course of many court cases after the 16th Amendment was introduced, the Internal Revenue Service tried to stretch the meaning of the word income.

Take a deep dive with me into U.S. Supreme Court rulings, United States Court of Appeals decisions, Voluntary Withholding Agreements, Unconstitutional Official Acts, Direct Taxes, Apportionment, testimonies of the Tax Division of Internal Revenue, the proof of fraud that the IRS is a private foreign trust and a for-profit corporation that falls under the International Monetary Fund (IMF), and numerous statements by IRS officials verifying that paying income tax is 100% voluntary and requires the voluntary compliance of taxpayers.

I'll also show you the fear-based propaganda that manipulates the public into filing and paying their taxes, and we will analyze the movement by the Trump administration to abolish the 16th Amendment, eliminate the IRS, and turn it into the External Revenue Service to collect tariffs on imports.
