This is a comprehensive agreement that you didn't agree to, an unlawful treaty authorized and entered into by the President of the United States and the U.S. Senate, addressing the access to and utilization of genetic resources [you] and the handling and distribution of biotechnology [the new improved you].

The following is a summary of objectives I want you to read, and then try to decide where they originate from:

◙  Objective: To establish a legal regime that will utilize international treaties to control all policies from the international level to the national and local levels

◙  Objective: To promote the precautionary principle that scientific evidence is not necessary to implement radical environmental policies
◙  Objective: To inventory natural and human resources
◙  Objective: To make man equal to all other species
◙  Objective: To create areas devoid of human presence
◙  Objective: To make nature worship a state religion
◙  Objective: To classify people as the enemy

Who do you think these objectives apply to? They apply to you and me; they apply to people; they apply to each and every person on earth who is not a highly-degreed member of the global aristocracy that is behind the plan to classify all others who are not them as potential terrorists and enemy combatants.

Where do these objectives originate from? They come from the Convention on Biological Diversity, a UN and United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) treaty entered into by the President of the United States, William Jefferson Clinton, and ratified by the 103rd Congress, 1st Session, Senate, on June 4, 1993.

First of all, what are Genetic Resources? According to the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO):

"Genetic resources (GRs) refer to genetic material of actual or potential value. Genetic material is any material of plant, animal, microbial or other origin containing functional units of heredity. Examples include material of plant, animal, or microbial origin, such as medicinal plants, agricultural crops and animal breeds."

Also among the description of genetic resources on the WIPO website is the connection of legally-recognized exclusive rights to creations of the mind:

"GRs as encountered in nature are not creations of the human mind and thus they cannot be directly protected as intellectual property (IP). However, there are IP issues associated with GRs. Inventions or plant varieties based on or developed using GRs (associated with traditional knowledge or not) may be patentable or protected by plant breeders' rights."

So, right away we can recognize that money is at stake here. Profit and gain are major players in this initiative, and with that said, we must ask ourselves what the ancient Greek Senate asked in similar cases, who stands to gain by the outcome?

What is Biotechnology? According to Article II of the Convention on Biological Diversity, Biotechnology is the use of living systems and organisms to develop or make useful products, or "any technological application that uses biological systems, living organisms or derivatives thereof, to make or modify products or processes for specific use."

Many of my readers already know of this document, but many still do not. With recent events transpiring, I would remind those who know and introduce it to those who don't, so that we can all be on the same page with the knowledge that this "legal regime" has had a long-term agenda in the making, and has been promulgating a very successful and well-funded narrative of environmental propaganda with the intent to control every facet of human behavior from cradle to grave.

Then-President Bill Clinton, in his recommendation letter of transmittal to the Senate for ratification of the Convention, wrote:

"...in light of the rapid entry into force of the Convention, early ratification will best allow the United States to fully represent its national interest at the first Conference of the Parties."

You see, We the People don't have a choice in this matter. The objectives of the Convention are being done by force without the consent of the People. And the "national interest" of the United States seems to be in alignment and agreement with the disturbing objectives of the UN/UNEP which are highlighted above. And the unlawful treaty itself flies in the face of the Supreme Law of the Land. Article I, Section 10 of the Constitution for the United States of America expressly enumerates that:

"No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation..."

Why did our framers clearly forbid entering into any treaty or agreement with a foreign power? Because the entity (or entities) are not loyal to our Republic, and hold strong allegiances to their own or other powers with agendas to see their own aims come to fruition. Our founders knew in their wisdom that treaties subject nations to an unelected foreign governing body which has no loyalty or allegiance to the Republic of the United States of America.

So, by definition, it is treasonous to enter into any treaty. Did you vote for it? No. Did you approve it? Of course not. This was done by domestic enemies within our own central government, right here at home. We have to look no further than the White House, the Congress, and the Judiciary to find the enemy that is trying to destroy this nation from within.

Article I. Objectives of the Convention on Biological Diversity:

"The objectives of this Convention, to be pursued in accordance with its relevant provisions, are the conservation of biological diversity, the sustainable use of its components and the fair and equitable sharing of the benefits arising out of the utilization of genetic resources, including by appropriate access to genetic resources and by appropriate transfer of relevant technologies, taking into account all rights over those resources and to technologies, and by appropriate funding."

If you have studied Marx and Engels, you know that the "fair and equitable sharing of the benefits" is code for totalitarian socialism, or the forced redistribution of wealth. And if you studied the failed philosophy you know that it has never before worked in any culture or society throughout history. It is a fantasy, an imaginary utopia that has no precedent for success, and only ever ends up destroying and enslaving the proletariat [working-class] under the despotism of a tyrannical bourgeoisie [social elite].

Also, the "genetic resources" and the "rights over those resources" means that the men who implemented these objectives hold that they claim a divine right to rule over mankind. It is the age-old philosophy of kings and their divine right to rule and subjugate the masses.

The book of Psalms chapter 2 says:

"The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord, and against his anointed, saying, Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us."

However, the good news is, "He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision."

Another thought: the Bahá'í Faith is the only official religion recognized by the United Nations, and the stated goal of the Bahá'í Faith is to establish an international community (new order of nations; new world order). Their god is nature's god (Gaia, the ancient primordial ideology of nature worship), as it was for our deistic founding fathers.

Example, an excerpt from The Declaration of Independence:

"When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them..." [Blogger's emphasis]

As one can clearly see, from the very foundation of our country, earth-worship was at its base. After all, the new age religion is the deification of man and nature over God. Such was the lie told to Eve by the devil who appeared as a serpent, when he said in Genesis 3:5 that when she partakes of the forbidden fruit of knowledge, then her "eyes shall be opened," and she shall be "as a god, knowing both good and evil." That is the very fundamental understanding of the future one-world religion which will be established under the world-wide governmental church-state beast system as prophesied in the books of Daniel chapters 2 and 7, and Revelation chapters 13 and 17.

Switching gears, Iron Mountain is a report written by the members of a 15-man Special Study Group commissioned by a covert governmental entity that wished to remain unknown. Mr. Leonard C. Lewin, who published the report and wrote the foreword, was approached by one of the members of the group — identified only as "John Doe" in the foreword explanation — several months after the com­pleted report had been submitted. John Doe sought Lewin's help in getting the report commercially published, because he felt that the public had a right to be apprised of its existence, even though the group had previously agreed to keep it secret.

Section 6. Substitutes for the Functions of War:

"...the most detailed and comprehensive master plan for a transition to world peace [the absence of opposition to socialism] will remain academic if it fails to deal forthrightly with the problem of the critical nonmilitary functions of war. The social needs they serve are essential; if the war system no longer exists to meet them, substitute institutions will have to be established for the purpose. These surrogates must be 'realistic,' which is to say of a scope and nature that can be conceived and implemented in the context of present-day social capabilities. This is not the truism [an obvious truth] it may appear to be; the requirements of radical social change often reveal the distinction between a most conservative projection and a wildly utopian scheme to be fine indeed." [Blogger's notes in brackets]

Possible stated substitutes for war as the desired function of control are Economic, Political, Sociological, Cultural and Scientific, and Ecological. Let's focus for a moment on the function ecology is to be played as a substitute for war to control the population, from pages 54-56 of the Report From Iron Mountain. Its words speak volumes of the intended outcome:

Ecological

"Considering the shortcomings of war as a mechanism of selective population control, it might appear that devising substitutes for this function should be comparatively simple. Schematically this is so, but the problem of timing the transition to a new ecological balancing device makes the feasibility of substitution less certain.

It must be remembered that the limitation of war in this function is entirely eugenic [the self direction of human evolution]. War has not been genetically progressive. But as a system of gross population control to preserve the species it cannot fairly be faulted. And, as has been pointed out, the nature of war is itself in transition. Current trends in warfare — the increased strategic bombing of civilians and the greater military importance now attached to the destruction of sources of supply (as opposed to purely "military" bases and personnel) — strongly suggest that a truly qualitative improvement is in the making. Assuming the war system is to continue, it is more than probably that the regressively selective quality of war will have been reversed, as its victims become more genetically representative of their societies. 

There is no question but that a universal requirement that procreation be limited to the products of artificial insemination would provide a fully adequate substitute control for population levels. Such a reproductive system would, of course, have the added advantage of being susceptible of direct eugenic management. Its predictable further development — conception and embryonic growth taking place wholly under laboratory conditions — would extend these controls to their logical conclusion. The ecological function of war under these circumstances would not only be superseded but surpassed in effectiveness.

The indicated intermediate step — total control of conception with a variant of the ubiquitous "pill," via water supplies or certain essential foodstuffs, offset by a controlled "antidote" — is already under development. There would appear to be no foreseeable need to revert to any of the outmoded practices referred to in the previous section (infanticide, etc.) as there might have been if the possibility of transition to peace had arisen two generations ago. 

The real question here, therefore, does not concern the viability of this war substitute, but the political problems involved in bringing it about. It cannot be established while the war system is still in effect. The reason for this is simple: excess population is tar material [the elite are regressively and unapologetically racist in nature]. As long as any society must contemplate even a remote possibility of war, it must maintain a maximum supportable population, even when so doing critically aggravates an economic liability. This is paradoxical, in view of war's role in reducing excess population, but it is readily understood. War controls the general population level, but the ecological interest of any single society lies in maintaining its hegemony vis-a-vis other societies. The obvious analogy can be seen in any free-enterprise economy. Practices damaging to the society as a whole — both competitive and monopolistic — are abetted by the conflicting economic motives of individual capital interests [capitalism and national sovereignty are the banes of a totalitarian socialist state]. The obvious precedent can be found in the seemingly irrational political difficulties which have blacked universal adoption of simple birth-control methods. Nations desperately in need of increasing unfavorable production-consumption ratios are nevertheless unwilling to gamble their possible military requirements of twenty years hence for this purpose. Unilateral population control, as practiced in ancient Japan and in other isolated societies, is out of the question in today's world.

Since the eugenic solution [reduced reproduction of people with less-desired or undesired traits] cannot be achieved until the transition to the peace system takes place [destruction of all opposition to socialism], why not wait? One must qualify the inclination to agree. As we noted earlier, a real possibility of an unprecedented global crisis of insufficiency exists today, which the war system may not be able to forestall. If this should come to pass before an agreed-upon transition to peace were completed, the result might be irrevocably disastrous. There is clearly no solution to this dilemma; it is a risk which must be taken. But it tends to support the view that if a decision is made to eliminate the war system, it were better done sooner than later." [Blogger's notes in brackets]

Most organizations which don't like this information being disseminated for public scrutiny claim that the report is a work of political satire, or just an outright hoax. Even if apocryphal, however, the Report From Iron Mountain is not only still relevant, but the present situation throughout the world is the greatest proof of the authenticity of this Report. Consider the pressing fact that every single tenant addressed in the Report has either been implemented, or is currently being implemented, and anyone with half a brain can see that the possibility it is a hoax vanishes into the bright revealing common sense measure of truth that is Ockham's Razor.

Here is yet another angle. Take a look at the table on this website:

Specifically, read the left side of the table, where it shows the estimated population of the United States in the year 2013. Now, go down to the projected U.S. population in the year 2025.

Tell me, how does the population of America decrease from 316 million in 2013, to only 69 million in 2025, a 78% loss? Where do the other 247 million people go?

Also of note is the forecast of a greatly decreased population density, inhabitants per square kilometer, GDP, and overall ranking of the United States in the next 12 years.

But what is Deagel.com? Deagel is supposedly an online "guide to military equipment and civil aviation," which the late military historian and author Tom Clancy frequented for facts and figures. Some have good reason to believe that Tom Clancy was murdered to silence him from talking about what he found out regarding the current plague being intentionally released upon America as a cover for the economic collapse.

If you are still in doubt about that fact, watch the trailer for the forthcoming Tom Clancy video game called The Division (watch it here) release date TBA in 2015, which centers on the U.S. military's senior-level Operation Dark Winter, a real world war-gaming exercise in June of 2001 that tested America's emergency response to an engineered bioterror attack on the continental United States using a weaponized version of smallpox.

The Division also foreshadows the true intent behind the 2007 National Security Presidential Directive 51 that was quietly signed into law, which maps-out the continuity of government (COG) response to a national crisis, a plan to cope with a real Dark Winter. NSPD-51, signed by then-President George W. Bush on May 9, 2007, is an Executive Order that gives the President dictatorial power in times of national emergency, eliminating the last roadblocks to declaring martial law within the United States of America.

On Thursday, May 10, 2007, Washington Post staff writer Spencer S. Hsu wrote in an article titled Bush Changes Continuity Plan: Administration, Not DHS, Would Run Shadow Government:

"President Bush issued a formal national security directive yesterday [NSPD-51] ordering agencies to prepare contingency plans for a surprise, 'decapitating' attack on the federal government, and assigned responsibility for coordinating such plans to the White House . . . After the 2001 attacks, Bush assigned about 100 senior civilian managers to rotate secretly to locations outside of Washington for weeks or months at a time to ensure the nation's survival, a shadow government that evolved based on long-standing 'continuity of operations plans.'" [Blogger's emphasis]

NSPD-51 has neen called by some researchers and writers the "blueprint for dictatorship" [1][2][3][4][5] and Tom Clancy's The Division hints that the paper currency of the United States will be recalled, due to the fact that the virus can live upon its surface, and then a new greatly devalued currency (or basket of currencies) will be issued in place of the US Petro-Dollar.

The Economist magazine — partially owned by the Rothschild family — published a cover story on January 9, 1988, with the title: "Get ready for a world currency." The front cover depicted a Phoenix bird (the esoteric occult metaphor symbolizing death and re-birth; the new world rising from the ashes of the old) standing in a pile of burning bank notes from numerous nations. Around the Phoenix’s neck was a gold medallion with the number 10 and the year 2018.

The prophetic 1988 Economist magazine said that within 30 years Americans, Europeans, and Japanese would be paying for items with the same currency. The article proposed the formation of a global central bank and the replacement of national currencies. It said such a system "means a big loss of economic sovereignty, but the trends that make the Phoenix so appealing are taking that sovereignty away in any case."

And here’s the clincher: The Rothschild-owned magazine smugly predicted in 1988, "Pencil in the Phoenix for around 2018, and welcome it when it comes."

The likely scenario of force-recalling (and replacing) paper currencies would play directly into the hands of the central bankers (the Council of 300, CFR, Trilateral Commission, City of London, Bank of England, Bank for International Settlements, and private Federal Reserve Board) who have carefully engineered by increment the international economic collapse, thereby taking the focus off of them and directing the collective attention of the nations on a ruse — a world-wide Ebola outbreak — as the culprit for the collapse.

Back to Deagel. My sources tell me that Deagel is the same exact kind of organization as the Arbusto Texas oil company was for the Bush family, a front for something else behind the veil.

Everyone from Dave Hodges of The Common Sense Show, to Ron Paul's forum, to Thomas Shaughnessy, to the guys at Above Top Secret and others have analyzed this latest Deagel population-reduction link to the well-documented Anglo-Aryan depopulation agenda. However, you will not find one single report from any of the three-letter alphabet soup communist news networks.

Although Deagel claims that their site was hacked and this information uploaded from a third party, alas, the 2025 depopulation forecast is still there, even after the website was last updated on November 1, 2014.

Incidentally, the projected year of 2025 harkens back to the U.S. Air Force's official August 1996 research paper, Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025. What is it about that year?

Final thought, a quote from The First Global Revolution, a report by the Council of the Club of Rome, 1991:

"In searching for a common enemy against whom we can unite, we came up with the idea that pollution, the threat of global warming, water shortages, famine and the like, would fit the bill. In their totality and their interactions these phenomena do constitute a common threat which must be confronted by everyone together. But in designating these dangers as the enemy, we fall into the trap, which we have already warned readers about, namely mistaking symptoms for causes. All these dangers are caused by human intervention in natural processes, and it is only through changed attitudes and behaviour that they can be overcome. The real enemy then is humanity itself." [Blogger's emphasis]

Because of the sudden absence of traditional enemies, in a perpetual war state new enemies must always be identified. There must always be a new boogeyman to fear. Why? Because people groups are always historically controlled and subjugated through fear-based trauma. This philosophy of enemy-creation was made perfectly clear in the Report From Iron Mountain, and continues to manifest with each new page in our nation's decent into tyranny.

This is all just another piece of the puzzle to add to the bigger picture of the deindustrialization, depopulation, and dehumanizing agenda of the enemy. For he truly comes not but to steal, to kill, and to destroy.

It is the age-old war of satan against the one true God's most beloved and cherished creation: mankind. Ever since the very beginning, he has been trying desperately to thwart God's prophesy in Genesis 3:15 to "put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel."

Rest assured, beloved, that no matter how hard he tries in vain, all of these plots, plans and schemes of the evil one will ultimately come to naught, "Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; And deliver them..." (Hebrews 2:14-15), whose purpose "...is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel" (2 Timothy 1:10).
