National Resource Scarcity Warning Issued by U.S. Intelligence

This report was prepared by the National Intelligence Council and issued by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.

As with most of my informed counterparts in the constitutional patriot movement, my belief in forthcoming economic hardships is not founded in notions of capriciousness or frivolity. It is formed based on official research and hard evidence of predictable recurring cycles and trends.

Those of us who are paying close attention
who feel so inclined to store away an emergency supply of food, water, precious metals and other life-sustaining natural resources for a rainy daydo it not because we're paranoid or delusional. It has nothing at all to do with preposterous claims or unfounded theoretical assumptions, but everything to do with proven facts. It is about loving our families and caring enough about their welfare to be prepared in case of a shortage of these essential resources.

Hebrews 11:7 forewarns:

By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith.
We're not only moving by faith, but also by that which is seen and self-evident.

U.S. intelligence agencies are warning that climate change, coupled with a dwindling supply of natural resources, is likely to trigger major conflicts in the near future.

“Demand for food, water, and energy will grow by approximately 35, 40 and 50 percent respectively, owing to an increase in the global population and the consumption patterns of an expanding middle class,” says a new report released by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence titled, Global Trends 2030, which was made available online at the agency’s website. “Climate change will worsen the outlook for the availability of these critical resources.”

The new major report, which was prepared by the National Intelligence Council, forecasts security trends over the next 10-20 years, and how they will shape international relations. Officials noted in particular that climate change has the potential to ignite regional instabilities and stoke international tensions; the ODNI report is the latest in a series of studies by national security entities around the world that predict climate change will tighten competition for available food, water and natural resources.

Read the report, and send it to your holdouts who still call you crazy for being prepared.

Self-reliance is better than dependency, and preparedness is better than response!

  1. Blogger's note: Be sure to temper this information with the Club of Rome's 1991 policy paper, 'The First Global Revolution', which declared:

"In searching for a new enemy to unite us, we came up with the idea that pollution, the threat of global warming, water shortages, famine and the like would fit the bill. All these dangers are caused by human intervention, and it is only through changed attitudes and behaviour that they can be overcome. The real enemy then, is humanity itself."
